What products do you offer?

100% Virgin Human hair wigs. These may come as  pre-made machine wigs or custom handmade wigs.  (Please carefully read the product description before purchase). 

 

How do I order a wig?

Online, however if you want to enquire about a product you've seen on our Instagram page that is not online, please send us a message.

 

What is the processing time on orders?

Custom wigs processing time 3-4 weeks, 4-5 weeks for coloured wigs.
Ready made wigs will be shipped out in 24-48hrs if in stock.

 

How would I know when ready to ship wigs are in stock?

Follow our instagram page @crownedbymullie and turn on notifications. You can also check the website for in stock ready to ship wigs.

 

Do you ship worldwide? 

Yes, we use DHL, UPS and Royalmail to ship abroad.

 

Do you offer wig install appointments? 

Yes, please email us or send us a direct message on our instagram. 

 

Do you offer returns?

We offer returns or exchange on Ready to ship wigs returned within 14 days of purchase. Please note the product should be in its original packaging with the lace intact. Unfortunately we can not offer refunds on custom wigs.
